At CAO, we are always looking to expand our admin team. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times to patients and staff.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience as a receptionist in an allied health or medical practice
Knowledge of Medicare and private health fund billing
Excellent computer skills (e.g., use of practice management software, word processing software, G-suite email)
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience with Halaxy practice management software
Knowledge of NDIS billing
Required Personal Competencies:
Ensuring all staff requests are met within a timely manner
Assisting patients with appointment scheduling/diary management
Processing payments and patient Medicare rebates
Handling phone and email enquiries
Providing a high standard of customer service to all patients and staff
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Display professional and ethical behaviour
High level of organisational skills
Display attention to detail
A warm and caring approach to patients

Our Gold Coast and Adelaide clinics aim to work with like-minded psychologists who have a special interest in treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCRDs). We are passionate about working with colleagues who also work from a neurodiversity affirming lens.
The services we offer to clients include:
Psychological therapy for clients with anxiety disorders, OCD, BDD, skin picking & hair pulling, tics and Tourette's
Neurodiversity affirming Autism and ADHD assessments
Cosmetic surgery readiness assessments
We provide facilities and services to psychologists, to support them in providing the highest level of care to their clients.

Our services to psychologists include:
Regular supervision (including monthly individual supervision and monthly group supervision with our Gold Coast psychologists) on evidence-informed treatments for anxiety, OCD and related concerns
For clinical registrars: option to have primary registrar supervision provided
An opportunity to develop a “niche” in the treatment of anxiety and OCRDs
Full administrative support including client bookings, phone calls, management of your waiting list, billing and processing rebates
