  • At CAO, we are always looking to expand our admin team. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times to patients and staff.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Previous experience as a receptionist in an allied health or medical practice

    • Knowledge of Medicare and private health fund billing

    • Excellent computer skills (e.g., use of practice management software, word processing software, G-suite email)

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Previous experience with Halaxy practice management software

    • Knowledge of NDIS billing

    Required Personal Competencies:

    • Ensuring all staff requests are met within a timely manner

    • Assisting patients with appointment scheduling/diary management

    • Processing payments and patient Medicare rebates

    • Handling phone and email enquiries

    • Providing a high standard of customer service to all patients and staff

    Personal Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a team

    • Display professional and ethical behaviour
