Jenna is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a wealth of experience garnered from diverse settings, including private and public sectors, and both inpatient and outpatient environments. Experienced in mental health across the lifespan, Jenna compassionately supports individuals facing a spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and mood disorders to trauma and relational struggles.
Her experience extends to addressing issues of low self-esteem, eating disorders, poor body image, emotional dysregulation or overwhelm, self-criticism, perfectionism and apathy. Jenna supports individuals by fostering healing and growth through a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Jenna holds accreditation in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), has completed the Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Jenna also combines evidence-based modalities like Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor interventions that resonate with each individual's needs.
As a board-approved supervisor, Jenna not only provides clinical guidance but also nurtures the development of aspiring psychologists through clinical supervision.
