Bec (she/her) is a warm and empathetic psychologist passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space to support individuals in living authentic and meaningful lives. Her approach to mental health care is grounded in creating genuine and collaborative relationships with clients built on trust, compassion and humour.

Bec has experience supporting individuals presenting with a broad range of mental health challenges including anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, stress, relationship breakdowns, health-related psychological distress, difficulties with adjustment, body image, self-esteem and identity exploration.

In her practice, Bec draws on modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to develop treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals and values.

Bec has worked with children, adolescents, adults and older adults across a range of settings including public hospitals, community mental health organisations and private practice. She is committed to providing inclusive and affirming care for LGBTIQA+ individuals, neurodiverse individuals, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
